Yeah. But I’m not. But I am. Master’s level database class and stuff.
Hey! How has 2017 been treating you? Real life has my full attention and sleep is fleeting as I organize for Web Year Eleven in my business PARADIGM. I love that word. It makes more sense than this Texas Winter, I’ll tell you that. The sun was like, “ohhh don’t you forget, summer is RIGHT around the corner ready to put that heat on your…” you know the rest.
Ok. I fixed my jacked public calendar automation for the upcoming events that you can view on the left sidebar. Please check back often to see all of the great events in and around the San Antonio Metroplex. That’s automated. Doesn’t need sleep.
The San Antonio Food Bank is desperately in need of volunteers.
Jake Castillo Trio because it is Wednesday and Mr. Castillo liked one of my SoundCloud tunes. Yes. That works.
Merry New Year!

Community work days consist of participants working along side the garden steward in helping with garden maintenance, building, planting, and harvesting while talking and sharing ideas, stories, and knowledge with each other. Participants get to take home any harvest at the end of the day, along with any excess seeds or plants.

For years, San Antonio has consistently maintained a record amount of MLK March attendees; beating out the largest metroplexes. I believe it has something to do with the diversity in this great city. If you have ever been to a march, you were probably more than just pleasantly surprised to see the many different people who walked with you. The essence of peace is in the air as well as a coming-together of beautiful souls from different backgrounds.
The march starts at 10:00. Hope to see you there.
VIA Metropolitan Transit will offer complimentary bus service to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day March on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016.
To access the service, riders are asked to park at Freeman Coliseum, 3201 E. Houston St. (Lot 1), or St. Philip’s College, 1801 Martin Luther King Dr. (Lot 22), between 8 and 10 a.m., Monday. The drop-off point for service to the march will be on MLK Drive, west of Upland Drive. The pick-up location for return service will be at Pittman Sullivan Park, 1101 Iowa St. Buses will return between noon and 3 p.m.”
